Our Founders

Mark Astarita OBE

Mark is a true fundraising legend. Over 14 years as Director of Fundraising he trebled the income of the British Red Cross and over his career has led teams raising over £1.5bn for humanitarian causes. A former Chair of the Institute of Fundraising and regularly voted the most influential fundraiser in the UK , Mark is a truly inspiring non profit leader.

Tobin Aldrich

Tobin has led the fundraising and communications functions for major charities such as Concern Worldwide, WWF, Sightsavers and National Deaf Children's Society

Imogen Ward

Imogen Ward has over 20 years' experience of senior nonprofit leadership roles including being the CEO of an African education charity, the Lessons for Life Foundation and also Marketing and Communications Director of the emergency medical charity MERLIN
