AAW’s Unique Consultancy Change Model

AAW has created a unique Change Model for our consulting projects based around four key elements: insight, inspire, ignite and implement.

• INSIGHT is a deep dive and review into where your organisation has been, where you are now and where you could go in the future.
• INSPIRE gives leaders the space to step out of the operational realm for a short while, to learn from others and take that knowledge to inform their own planning.
• IGNITE involves bringing teams and departments together in one session with the goal of producing a specific outcome, whether that is a plan for a case for support or a five-year strategy.
• IMPLEMENT: having the best strategies in the world mean very little unless you have the people, structures and tools to make the change. We can help you ensure that you get the results that you want and give you support to meet key targets year on year.

Our International Reach

We had a clear need to review performance, and set a new strategic direction. AAW were impressive and operate in a no-nonsense manner, they clearly set out a direction of travel that whilst ambitious is realistic. Their backgrounds allowed a relatively small charity to gain big charity experience and guidance at an affordable price.

Richard Ashton, CEO | DREAMS COME TRUE

AAW undertook a project to help us better define our fundraising strategy across Europe, providing us with much better clarity about our future fundraising direction. We have benefited a lot from their hugely practical expertise and experience in fundraising over many years.
