Imogen leads AAW’s People & Organisational Development practice working with non-profits of all sizes to develop and implement strategies to achieve transformational change. Imogen has worked in top leadership roles in the conservation, health and education sector for over 20 years and is adept at understanding the challenges of growing organisations within a complex setting.
Mark is Director of the Red Cross/Red Crescent Virtual Fundraising Hub. A true fundraising legend, as Director of Fundraising at the British Red Cross, Mark was responsible for trebling income to over £150m per annum. During his fundraising career, teams led by Mark have raised over £1.5 billion.
An experienced senior Corporate Partnerships manager, Chloe was responsible for developing and managing multi-million partnerships between British Red Cross and Macmillan Cancer Support with major companies including M&S and the Co-operative Group. At AAW, Chloe works with the global Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement to build fundraising capacity and strategic support for the 192 Red Cross/Red Crescent National Societies.
Poppy is a senior fundraising and marketing strategist with extensive experience of developing major campaigns and innovation strategies. At Cancer Research UK Poppy significantly grew Race for Life and launched Stand Up To Cancer. Poppy now consults for Movember, Save the Children and UNICEF.
One of the best-known digital consultants operating across the INGO sector internationally, Bertie has over 20 years of experience in digital marketing and has worked with more than 80 non-profits including British Heart Foundation, Breast Cancer Care, UNICEF, WFP, Sue Ryder Care and Handicap International.
