Fundraising Benchmarks 2026
AAW Group, in partnership with Air Ambulances UK, is launching a new benchmarking project to explore fundraising performance across Air Ambulance charities in the UK.
The research will bring together data on fundraising income, investment, activity, team structures and performance, creating a valuable picture of how fundraising is operating across the sector.
The findings will be presented at the Air Ambulances UK Conference in December 2026, alongside the launch of the full 2026 Air Ambulance Fundraising Benchmarking Report.
Why take part?
By taking part in the 2026 Air Ambulance Fundraising Benchmarking survey, your charity will:
Receive the full benchmarking report free of charge, providing insight into fundraising performance across the sector.
Contribute to a stronger evidence base for Air Ambulance charities across the UK.
Have your data treated confidentially, with results anonymised and reported in aggregate.
Help create more meaningful sector benchmarks, giving charities a clearer picture of fundraising income, investment, teams and performance.
Spend around one hour completing the questionnaire, with focused questions on key fundraising metrics.
The more charities that take part, the more useful the findings will be for everyone.

Astarita Aldrich & Ward Limited (company number 10331458) is responsible for the information you provide here. We are collecting it to produce a fundraising benchmarking report.
What we collect. Your name, job title, email address and the charity you answer for, together with the financial and staffing figures you enter.
Why we are allowed to. We rely on legitimate interests: you are taking part on behalf of your organisation in sector research you have chosen to contribute to. You can object at any time and we will remove your response.
What we publish. Figures are aggregated and anonymised before they appear in the report — no individual charity's numbers are identifiable from it. Question 11.3 asks separately whether you are happy for your organisation to be listed as a participant. That is optional and you can say no while still taking part.
How long we keep it. Responses that identify you or your charity are kept for 24 months from submission, then deleted. Anonymised aggregate figures are kept beyond that, as they can no longer identify anyone.
Who else is involved. Google (Sheets and Apps Script) — stores the responses; Netlify — serves this page; Google Fonts — serves the typefaces, which discloses your IP address to Google.
Your rights. You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected or deleted, or object to our using it. Write to dataprivacy@aawpartnership.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Saved progress. Your answers are held in this browser so you can come back to them. They stay on your own device until you press Submit, and you can clear them with the "Start again" button.
